Indigo Airlines — refund regarding the cancellation of air ticket due to corona issue

Hello,
I am writing to you in connection with flight ticket booked on march 10.
Flight was supposed to be departed from (Airport) but we weren't able to travel due to the recent corona virus outbreak and have cancelled the ticket pnr zp14pk. I booked my ticket through a travel agency in kerala named smitten tours and travels.
I would like to know the current refund status of the ticket and request you for a full refund as the condition was not favourable for travelling due to increase in corona cases at that time.
