The Ticket to fly from Bengaluru to Thiruvananthapuram (PNR IL4PRS) was purchased July 25, 2022,
The travel date was September 11, 2022, 3.55pm and tried to check-in online on September 10, 2022 8pm, chech-in completed and got a message on screen that email confirmation and boarding pass will be mailed to the registered mail. I did not receive email or boarding pass after that.
Again I tried to check-in on September 11, 2022 at 1pm, check-in completed and got confirmation email confirming the check-in.
The kiosk at Airport was not facilitating for printing boarding pass, so the counter staff was approached for boarding. The counter staff refused boarding and had to return.
I was not given any consideration of being a female young student and was refused to fly.
The negligence of Indigo resulted in additional expenses and personal stress for me for the following areas;
Airport taxi movements, INR 2, 198
Ticket amount for the flight denied, INR 5, 514
Airport taxi movements for new trip, INR 1, 157
The new ticket at INR 6, 354 (PNR QPUCJG)
Missing the MBBS classes
Requesting appropriate actions.
