Indigo Airlines — Regarding boarding of flight 6e158

Dear sir

My name is mukesh saxena working as Vice President adani port and sez. I have to board flight from ahmedabad to delhi at 620 am. I reached counter at 530 am but I was not allowed to board the flight. I was in queue at 520 am but because of family passenger of 15 luggage it takes 10 min to get my no in queue. I pleaded to allow me but the attitude and behaviour of ground staff and manger was not considerate and very bad. We are corporate client and such behaviour is untolerable.

We were two members and we are not given accommodation in 710 am. We are given accommodation in 840 am with additional charge of RS 3747.

We need strict action against such behaviour and refund of additional amount. My PNR no was zDLZQQ

My second member was BagIrath jadeja with PNR no L6R N9C And additional amount of RS 3747/
