[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — regarding indigo's loot

This is in reference to a cheating i experienced while i was booking a flight with indigo airlines on 12 may, 2018. I tried booking the flight 6e 491 on 14 may at 10.20am from varanasi to kochi. I was shown rs 9118 while booking and when the payment gateway was reached suddenly they shown the charge was hiked by about rs 3000. For saving money i was forced to book a ticket with an another flight (See the attached ticket).

But when the price of the same flight (6e 491) was looked at morning by 5 am the next day, the price of this flight was shown rs 9118 ie. It came back to the original price. I am terribly disappointed at the loot of money from me by this airline and i am forced to complain you in this regard. Atleast they shouldnt increase the price when the booking reached the last stage ie. Payment gateway

Kindly take necessary action to repay the excess money they charged from me. I have already posted about their loot in social media.
