Indigo Airlines — Regarding travel certificate

I lost my boarding pass and I need to submit it in office. So I applied for travel certificate from indigo air lines. Also paid online fees of Rs 600 and 300 as per number of passengers. It is showing error: please enter correct email address. Please provide me a travel certificate.

Thank you for writing to us. As checked, the travel certificates have already been sent to the registered email addresses on both PNRs you can simply download the same. For PNR NKQJ5S, the registered email address is [protected]@gmail.com and for PNR IR657N, the registered email address is [protected]@gmail.com.
