Dear Sir,
I made an online booking for my son from Dubai to Koch i on 05th May 2015 to travel on 21/08/2015. But due to some reasons i had to cancel the ticket on 12th July 2015. While cancelling as informed i opted for a refund to my account. But till now i have not received the amount to the credit of my account.
Booking Reference- BB5LKA- Passenger Chd Avaneesh Namboothiri.
Appreciate an urgent action on the above.

Updated by VS Nampoothiri I contacted Indigo office in Dubai but no use. They cant underestand the reason for non refund
