I have booked my flight for a round trip starting on 21st November and returning on 29th November.. I want to reschedule my flight for returning, changing it from 29th November to 3rd December same timing.
I am highly disappointed by the services offered by indigo. New Ticket Prices are cheaper as compared to the rescheduled ones.I am neither going for any international flight nor i am cancelling my domestic flight that the charges applied for rescheduling would be so high.The rescheduling charge is almost equal to my actual flight price.
I am a customer from last 4 years.The cancellation and other services by other airlines like Jet Airways, Spice Jet, Air Asia are thousand times better than Indigo.Do you even use your senses while writing the policies. You are charging more for cancellation than the actual ticket price. This is a complete fraud and this needs to stop. I never expected this kind of double dealing with customers. I want a response to this mail immediately as i think you have already lost your customer. I take an OATH that from next time onwards i will never book from www.goindigo.com and never travel using indigo. Third party websites such as Yatra don't even charge for convenience fee and cancellation.
