Nodhi Desai, AM Ahmedabad… heartless, inhumane customer service executive who hose actual job is to help customers. I was travelling from Bangalore to amritsar and a stop at Ahmedabad. I was asked to purchase fast forward for priority boarding and checkin which I had purchased from I digo counter itself in Bangalore and basis which I got priority boarding because I’m hurt in my leg. I told the same thing to this female and she denied me entry and threatened to cancel my ticket.
