Indigo Airlines — Rude behavior of indigo airlines ground staff -pnr pc143d | |||||
I was supposed to travel by indigo flight 6e 644 to dehradun on 12th august with my two children... I had the most harrowing experience of my life with your ground staff... I got delayed due to heavy traffic in roads and reached airport at 1225hrs.. The eta for the flight was 1300 hrs.. My boarding passes were issued as i had requested indigo office and the same were apparently kept on counter g-10, i reached and asked them but the ladies simply refused than i ran to the other counter g-1 where a mr. Ajit was sitting... I requested him and put him on call with the indigo gentleman from gurgaon office who got the boarding passes issued, this rude fellow ajit just refused to talk on the phone and said he will not do anything and even when he was put on phone he simply accused me of misbehaving... Post that he simply dismissed me saying go to another counter which was vacant... Eventually in the end after waiting for 30 mins and no help from your ground staff i had to buy spice jet tickets and fly to dehradun... It seems that you guys in the run of being number 1 airlines have forgotten to train your ground staff... Lets not forget this is a service industry first.. Please pay attention to the training of your ground staff who actually think that they are no less than gods sitting on those chairs.. Had it been any other airline i can guarntee you that i would have boarded the flight... Wake up guys... I hope some action is taken against this fellow ajit... Was this information helpful? | |||||
