Indigo Airlines — Services regarding baggage

Dear sir/madam, I wish to bring to your kind notice that the services provided was very unsatisfactory.on 11th April 2017 I was carrying extra 10kg baggage for which I had paid Rs.1000/-ref.receipt no.599224 PNR no.YF19UQ .While Scanning the baggage the indigo staff on duty found 5 NOS. Coconut inside the baggage and at once they removed the same from the baggage and allowed to board the flight.For your kind information, if coconut is being removed approx.5 kg has been decreased and already I had paid RS.1000/- for 10kg extra baggage.legally they should have reweighed the same and charged according to the weight.This is negligence done by your staff on duty.i therefore request your good self to kindly refund me 5 kg excess amount collected from me.
