[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — sitting for more than 3 hours inside the plane

This is with respect to indigo flight 6e 983 from bhopal to mumbai.
The flight was delayed for more than 2 hours and landed at 8:30pm. Due to non availability of chokes, we have to sit inside the plane for more than 3 hours. It's 11 pm now and we are still inside the plane.

This is extremely irresponsible and erratic when a landed plane has not been deplaned.
Some o[censored]s have suffered severe losses in work and would demand compensation.

So sorry that you had to wait for so long. Your flight is affected due to bad weather at Mumbai airport affecting our arriving aircraft. Due to flooding and waterlogging on roads and the subsequent traffic jams, many of our ground support staff, crew and captains have not been able to reach the airport on time. We hope you understand that at times such situations are just beyond our control.
