Indigo Airlines — Someone has cancelled my ticket

I had booked ticket from pune to bangalore on 2nd sep 2016. When i reached airport and during check in i got to know that my ticket is cancelled for that flight. I have not cancelled my ticket. I called customer care tried to know who has cancelled the ticket they did not tell any thing other than ip address 110.173.190.206. I have lost around 5000 rs. Please let me know who has cancelled my ticket and location. Any user id. The pnr is confidential.

Updated by Bishu89 I had done check in on 5th Sep 2016 for the indigo flight 6E-408 from Bangalore to Pune. on 6th sep, I received a message that "you have unchecked for the flight". I again called customer care and checked in again in the morning. On 6th Sep night, I received message that "you have unchecked for the flight". someone is doing this.pnr-Z47RSR.Plz help
