[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — staff behaviour during boarding the flight 6e-228

Mr sandeep of indigo ground staff near boarding gate behave roughly in an objectionable approach while we are boarding the flight on 21/01/2020 with indigo pnr glpinn.
If any hand luggage checking is there at aircraft gate then that should be done in a descent manner with due respect to luggage of the passanger.
Mishandling luggage with view of doubt even after showing all item in it is disrespect to travellers and humiliating to passanger (Customer of indigo).
Being a corporate customer it is unfortunate and dishonoured my dignity. Mr sandeep's attitude towards my luggage is such as if i am traveling with prohibited items and i had come accross the gate bypassing cisf and other government security agency.
If indigo ground staff people is so expert and experience for security check and far experience to disbelief the government agency's security check then it is better to have another system after completion of government security check.
It is really unfortunate to believe that indigo raising suspicion on government security check system.
Very unfortunate and condemnable.

Can you update what type of action your organisation takes in such type of complaint as in my case.
Mere a consolation message has no long term effect and it will not assure me that such incidence will not be repeated in future.
