My name is asharaf me and my friend want to travelling to delhi today morning 6 am flight 6E-516 Ref num- ATO060GN3RR I reach the counter at 5.20 am 5 miniut late The counter staff name is lakshmi She is not allow to travel us She was not ready to lisen anything frome us the indigo staff talk to us very badly Then she send us to front office they all making us late they talking only rules regulations only . no any staff tray to travel us the flight i have travel many time in indigo International trip. But it was all good service but am sorry to say this here after i never chooce indigo becouse they dont wait for us just 5 miniut for bording ... Was this information helpful? | |

You were booked to travel in flight 6E 516, which was scheduled to depart at 06.00 hrs. As per our policy, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. Since our check-in counter was already closed at the time of your reporting, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight. Further, We have shared your experience with our team on the need for displaying a customer-friendly demeanour at all contact points.
