Indigo Airlines — Staff rude behavior | |||||
Hi I have booked a ticket for indigo 6e 464 and completed my web check in before only and i have reached airport at 8:30 am due to lot of people in line i requested the ground staff to let me clear my luggage and until i reached counter by 8.50 am the staff says you cant board the flight as your delayed. I would like to if same thing happens from flight authority said like flight gets delayed by 30 minute or 15 minute we would get a message saying sorry for inconvenience but same happens from our end we are not allowed to board the flight. I have been travelling many time in indigo and flight got delayed many times, why is the rule different for us and them.in case a vip is delayed flight would wait but not for common man. As per the itenary, check in closes at 7.30. I was waiting in the queue by that time and reached two different counter to get my boarding i was denied.
I didn't have check in baggage also, all I had was hand luggage.
I was allowed to board the flight
