[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — status of mobile no. missed at security checkup

My wife had travelled from ranchi to udaipur via flight no.6e-398/6e-2148. During security checkup at delhi airport t2 she missed her mobile phone. After boarding the plane airhostess was immediately informed and there was time in takeoff. Nothing happened. She filed her complaint at udaipur airport with all relevant document at indigo counter. She was assured that she will get the phone. But it is surprising till date nothing has happened. Please look into it. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

6E 379 flight from Bangalore to Trivandrum is delayed for more than 6 hours because the pilot is not assigned. The flight crew is helpless and not responding to passenger concerns.
This is appalling from an airline that commands major market share.
