[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — strange check in service in netaji subhash chandra bose international airport, kolkata (wb)

Myself sh. Narayan gupta (Pnr # xgdqvj) & my families' 2 other members were proposed to catch your indigo flight # 6e 1858 scheduled at 16:10 hrs on 31st october'2018 from kolkata to dhaka.

I reached airport at 15:20 hrs & approached to indigo counter to have our boarding passes.

But, it was the most astonishing & embarrassing as well to see that there was not even a single indigo personnel at nsc bose int. Airport, kolkata to check-in for us.

As a result, we all could not boarded on flight on 31st october.

After waiting for more than 1 hr, a person appeared in indigo counter.

I detailed him all & he arranged to board us all on 1st november'18 subject to pay extra charge of rs.1000/- each.

However, there is no complaint about your flight on 1st nov. We all landed at dhaka airport safely.

Many of my kiths & kins advised me to travel through indigo airlines. Accordingly, i booked through you.

Do you think my first ever experience with indigo will permit me to book & travel with you in future?

Please check at relevant airport, rectify these nuisance & provide valued services to customers.
