Indigo Airlines — Strange new fees on top of exorbitant cancellation charges. Cheating by indigo | |||||
I am appalled with a "brand new" refund processing fee by indigo which is levied on top of the regular cancellation fees, taxes, convenience fees! Etc... (Attached) Could you kindly clarify what exactly is the refund processing fee!!?? This i feel is cheating and very very cheap way of getting revenue for indigo airlines... Every time you add new fees and inflate the cancellation charges... Stop this extortion and habit of fleecing customer...
