[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — swine flu led to cancellation, no refund received | |||
Please refer to my pnr flb32r. I had to cancel my tickets as my 12 years old, son who was also traveling, was tested positive for swine flu. I have been writing to indigo to issue full refund but i am yet to get the credit. It's been 20 days already. Emails to the nodal officer have failed to elicit any response. Do i need to write to the board member or ceo for getting the refund. Needless to mention, medical certificate and all other bonafide documents have been submitted.
