I have booked the flight ticket from Singapore to Pune for the travel date 11th Aug 2022. After entering the Payment details via Internet Banking, the Indigo page showed the payment unsuccessful error. I tried again to book and then I received two tickets (different PNR) and two transactions of the same amount were made on my bank account.

I' trying to reach Indigo since 26th July. Sent emails, & messages on WhatsApp & FB messenger but no reply yet. Very frustrating. Was this information helpful? |
