[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — ticket booking

Today on 16th of august i booked a ticket from agartala airport, tripura with booking reference number qe2qjm, the representative (Ms. Amrita) of your organisation who booked the ticket gave me wrong information about the timings and confirmed the ticket. I enquired about 2 passenger tickets from agartala to bangalore and she informed me that the flight would leave from the agartala airport at 5:40 pm and reach bangalore at 9:25 pm and its a connecting flight and i agreed to confirm the ticket and i made the payment through my debit card. After the ticket was confirmed and she gave the print out of the ticket, i was panicked when i saw that the arrival time (12:05 am) at bangaluru airport. It was 00:05, and i asked the representative why she gave me the wrong timings and asked her to cancel the ticket or to reschedule the ticket, but she told me i have to pay extra for rescheduling and there are cancellation charges. She told that i was wrong and didn't hear properly about the timings. Now my question is why should i pay for rescheduling or cancellation since the mistake is from your representatives end and more over i am travelling with a patient and why should i take the risk of travelling late night. Since she confirmed me that the arrival time to bangalore is 9:25pm so i thought i could manage a hotel by that time. I need your help in sorting out this problem and cancel the ticket or reschedule it. If any further information required please drop a mail or +91 [protected]
