[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — ticket booking delhi to hyd pnr no lgg2nw

By mistake while booking ticket i choose delhi to hyderbad as against hyderbad to delhi... Immediately contacted indigo customer care to just reverse sector to origin from hyderabad to delhi.. Informed to book ticket for correct sector... Inform new pnr number and they will refund amount in full. But as per mail recieved it seems they have deducted huge amount rs 12000/- and balance forwaded booking agents. You are requested please look into the matter pnr details are lgg2nw... Request please refund balance amt...

We understand your concern. As checked, we have processed a full refund for the booking in the travel agency account used for making the booking. Kindly coordinate with the respective travel agency to claim.
