I have booked my ticket from goa to patna date[protected].

As train and flights are closed till[protected] due to COVID-19.

Want to know why the hell ticket cancelled without my concern and no SMS and no email was send

Who ask to cancel my ticket.

And I want my total refund.

Or I will raise complain further
