[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — transaction was successful but pnr not generated

I have made booking by using indigo airlines app but unfortunately my money was deducted from bank and there was no generation of pnr from indigo airlines and then i got only this transaction id - mjvxfsrjqem5ofsaazra4g. When i contacted indigo services they are not accepting this transaction id which they prompted on their own app when the transaction was done.
I request you to resolve my problem and refund my amount please.
