[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — transaction was unsuccessful but cash got deducted from account while paying for extra luggage

Hi team,

I travelled from pune to bangalore on may 2nd at 11am flight. Since my luggage weight was exceeding by 1kg i had to pay 400rs.
The staff told me initial transaction was unsuccessfull and made me pay again. But my money got deducted twice.

I showed the details to the staff and they told me that it will get refunded in 24hrs. Till now i didnt get any refund. I raised a complaint through your customercare portal but no response yet.

Please consider this on priority and kindly do refund
