Indigo Airlines — Travel certificate

I HAD TRAVELLED 30th DEC 2022, PNR: WQITTJ AND BACK TO HYDERABAD ON ON 1ST JAN, PNR : LJTBKL .

I lost my boarding passes. and now when i try to download the travel certificate error message " An unexpected error has occurred on website. Please contact administrator." is shwn always .

Also for a travel certificate which is just declaration and confirmation from the airline that the travel took place, they are charging/looting Rs. 300 per certififcate from customers.
