[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — treatment by staff at indigo air check in counter | |
I was flying a domestic flight from bangalore to ahmedabad 1/23 and i did not know about weight limits for checked bags. The woman at the counter named beena checked the weight of my bags and said they were over weight, and for 4800 rupees i could cover the cost of the extra weight. I reluctantly agreed (Flight itself 6300 rupees) and gave my credit card. Then she said she made a mistake, i had to pay 6000 rupees extra. I asked to speak to manager kiran who said now i had to pay 7200 rupees and didn't care that i had been offered before 4800 rupees and 6000 rupees and was very rude and dismissive and would not listen. I do not think it is good business for an company to offer a price, once it is agreed then raise the price... Then once the customer complains about raising the price to raise it again. So i have lost interest in doing business with indigo going forward. Was this information helpful? | |
