I have travelled on[protected] from Patna to Bengaluru vide PNR No. CNFMFY. While doing web check-in, i made payment of Rs.400/- for seat selection charges vide Phone pe UPI transaction. The first payment was not debited from my account but i did not get confirmation from Indigo. Hence after waiting for a considerable time, i made another attempt and paid Rs.400/- through credit card ending 7264. The second payment was successful and i got confirmation of seat selection. Kindly refund Rs.400/-
