Online indigo booking initiated on 28.12.18 morning and made online payment
Rs.8919/- which got debited from my online bank account. Immediately upon this got message:
"dear indigo customer, we have not received amount of inr 8919.00 for the transaction id f651e66c4bf[protected]. However we are holding a pnr wiystt at the same price until[protected].41 am ist. You may click here to make your payment.in case your account has been debited, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Please note that the refund timeframe varies across banks 6.42 am"
Since there as frequent payment error, i have not any attempt to book indigo ticket and not may fresh payment as above above message.in such situation payment debited to my account should have been credited back within the stipulated time. I had made alternative arrangement for my travel.
Surprisingly indigo on its own generated another pnr no. Khmq8q without confirmation from my side and got appropriated the amount lying in the pool and got the ticket confirmed. This was done not on my request or confirmation. I have no option but to cancel this pnr and on cancellation i am getting refund of rs.2196 only. As this was indigo's fault in generating new pnr at that i and not liable to pay any cancellation charges.
Hence request to refund entire amount i. E. Rs.8919/- and credit to my online account. Was this information helpful? |
