Indigo Airlines — Unethical behaviour - denied boarding on december 1st 2015

Reference :- With respect to the ticket which is booked in Indigo airlines on 1st of December 2015 with PNR number G4C46MI on Indigo 6E-561. We have booked Indigo Airline ticket for the journey on 1st of December from Bangalore to Trivandrum in advance on a discount rate. The flight is scheduled to depart at 8.10 PM and we have arrived at Bangalore International Airport terminal on time (which is 45 minutes before the boarding time ). The ridiculous thing is the staff in charge refused to initiate the check-in process for our journey claiming that we were late. The disappointing and pathetic truth behind this agenda is that we have booked our tickets at lower rates. On the very next day the air ticket rate for the indigo airlines is tripple of the rate for which we have booked. They were ready to issue a ticket on the increased rate for our travel. We would like to take this to the attention of the higher authority (and consumer court ) which is a case that can be filed against cheating the customers. Dissatisfied and disappointed with the behavior of the staff in charge at the check-in panel.
