Indigo Airlines — Unethical behaviour of indigo employee | |||
This incident happened on 23 Dec, 2015 on Indigo flight 6E183 From Delhi to Mumbai. I was carrying 2 bags and a hand bag (back pack). After checking in my Big bag which was 14 kg, i was moving to for the security check. Where suddenly this Indigo employee comes to me and ask my boarding pass and takes it away from me. For a instance i thought he is taking me in different Que so i followed him. He took me to another counter of Indigo. Then he said that i have to check in all the bags including my hand bag i argued with him and the representative at the counter but they were reluctant and were not ready to give back my boarding pass. With 10 minutes left for the flight to board these guys didn't let me have my boarding pass until i pay amount which was calculated according to them was right. I even told them that i asked the representative while checking in my big bag if i need to check other bags too which he said was not required. Indigo Airlines instructions clearly says that i can carry 1 big bag, 1 small bag and 1 hand bag. i don/t understand this unethical behavior of Indigo employees and how they can be allowed to threat the their passengers like this. I was treated like a person traveling without ticket in trains. I have never been humiliated like this ever before from any other airline. I want full refund and a written apology from Indigo for such treatment. This is extremely shameful. Was this information helpful? | |||
