I was traveling to Mumbai to delhi on 25th April with my family including one infant... due to some traffic jam in mumbai i was not able to reach the boarding pass issue centre before 45 min as usually we all do.. my flight was schedule 2:30 pm and i report to indigo receptions on 1:55 pm almost 10 min late... they hadn't allowed us to board the flight... they keep arguing me till 20 min for the same instead of help me to board the flight.. and my ticket was non cancellable... so i had no other options to buy the new ticket for my enire famliy the cancelled ticket and new ticket gave me the slap of Rs.40k... the worst was thier next flight was scheduled 3:30 pm and they started the flight at 3:45 pm without any reason.. may i ask the indigo team if 10 min late can cause general public Rs 40 K. they had delayed the flight for 15 Min how they refund the travelers was on flight of 3:30 including... is there any answer...
