Hi Team,
I want to raise a concern against INDIGO on delayed flight which resulted to miss my international flight to Canada, Montreal

My Actual departure from Hyderabad is at 9:55 PM and it got delayed by 2 Hrs and started at 11:45 PM and i reached delhi airport @ 2:30 AM in terminal 1 and to board to terminal 3 it took 25 min and it crossed the boarding time to take KLM and they didn't allowed me as the boarding time has crossed.
KLM team asked to approach Indigo and immediately i have approached the team by 3:15 AM and I have been standing here before them asking for a resolution but till now I didn't get any solution from the team. It's been 2 hrs 30 min, i am standing before the counter asking for updates but i am not getting any proper response. The only answer I get is that they have mailed someone and are waiting for revert.
Not sure how long i need to wait.
My reason to go to Canada is too sensitive, my spouse who is all alone in Canada has some issues and I need to be there immediately to support her, request you to take my concern into consideration and provide me with a quick flight ASAP. I am not specifically only looking for KLM, I am good with any other airways which can take me to my destination quickly without issues.
