I was scheduled to travel from Bangalore to Hyd on 4th April details below

Initially it was informed was delayed due to incoming delay. Later after every one had boarded, there was no clue of moving or curtesy to inform what was going on. We were sitting in the flight for almost 30 mins not knowing whats going on. When Checked with Cabin Crew, very stupid answer, technical details.
Finally Captain speaks, delayed due to incoming flight and have 40 passengers. and at 740 PM announces they are crossing the security and will start in next few mins. Finally all those people boarded at 845 PM and flight took after around 850 PM.
There is absolutely no empathy for 200 Passangers waiting in the flight for 2 hours for 50 mins flight.
Funniest thing is 915 flight from Blr to Hyd Reached earlier than our flight that was suppose to be reaching at 8 PM.
1. Professionalism missing
2. Arrogance from Indigo, as there is no value for 200 People's time
