I m your valuable customer...but dis tym i found worst experience from such a big airline company.almost a month has been passed but still my problem doesnt resolve...last time dey told me to replace my bag or compensate my money through the weight of bag...but still no response...no mail...no compensation nothing...
not expected dis kind of carelessness..
kindly revert me soon or resolve my problem as soon as possible

Subject: Broken lock of travel bag.
The Lock of my bag has been broken and it became useless now!! ALSO IT IS OBSERVED THAT THE BAG WAS UNSEALED where according to regulations, it is mandatory!!!
I request you to provide me either new bag or proceed for Refund. Consistently taking follow up from 4th of April but still have no response.
This kind of carelessness never expected from Indigo. request you to proceed as earliest as possible.
