Indigo Airlines — Was not allowed to board the flight and need to pay extra charges for getting the next flight

I was traveling from Kolkata to Chennai on IndiGo flight 6E534 on 1st May 2017. The departure time of the flight was 18.20 and i reached at 17.40. Still i was not allowed to board the flight which was very disappointing. Also i had to pay extra charge for the same which is rs 7005.

This was a very disappointing experience for me and I need my amount to be refunded.
