Hello, just wanted to share my experience which couldn't have been much worse. On 20th of November, I was supposed to board a flight from pnq to ccu at 11:30 but reached by 10:17(HVKRUH). My baggage was scanned and tagged but in the check in counter I was been made to stand clueless even on constantly asking them to hurry and help me board the plane for which eventually . After being confronted they kept on denying the fact that they made me stand and delay the boarding of the flight. I was escorted out of the airport made to stand for 5 hours and had to pay 2500 INR extra for next flight at 6:05 am. Later on an official came outside saying that I couldn't board the flight as the counter is closed. An official also mentioned I was drunk, where I can vouch for myself and dare you to check the cctv footage if any of the following course of events doesn't tallies my above explanation, and for the part of me being drunk I am a bartender who tried catching plane after my shift (being I'm this profession I taste hundreds of cocktails and mixed beverages during my shift) and to the worst of my experience one of your associates at baggage scan section called my flair bottle a hookah stand.
Indigo was my anytime "to go" flight, but I guess I should've checked your tripadvisor reviews and shouldn't have forget why you were declared the worst flight by Times of India in 2018.
