I am deeply distressed to write you that despite my confirmed booking ticket of your company and timely arrival at the terminal you did not permit me to do so on frivolous reasons that i was late. even when i was talking to your staff i had 75 minutes from the schedule departure and no reason at all was there to deny the boarding pass. your staff were feeling inconvenience to reply me because what they simply kept me engaged to waste more time. i have to write my examination papers tomorrow and your act has put me in trouble. it is most regrettable act on the part of an air company with your repute. i failed to understand why you are playing with your customers by not briefing them the truth and sorting to flimsy reasons and why you take it granted that customers can be made to understand as you try to make them. no, i will let you feel to realize the pain, agony and hardships customer has to face when you do so.
