[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — worst ever experience

I'm writing this mail because of the agony i went through on 15/05/18 at bangalore airport.

I booked this ticket for my parents from bangalore to ranchi and i have done the web check in also.
This flight was suppose to take off at 6:50 am and my parents were inside the airport at 6:15 am. I got a call from number +91 [protected] asking for my location. I informed that lady that my parrents just went in and will at gate in hardly next 5-6 minute. She said that sir door is closed.

I tried to convenience her to wait for more 5-6 minute. But she disconnected the call. I tried her calling again on the same number and this time she was damn rudely said that don't call me sir and book another ticket. Same thing were conveyed to my parents on the ticket counter even though they were not having any baggage to check in. I also talked to the indigo counter available at the outside of the airport and told them that there is still 30 minute and web check in is done and no baggage to check in. But no one listen. Finally i had to book another ticket for my parents with so much of agony in my heart.

So i wanted to check is it really not possible to on board a passenger who has done his web check in prior, no luggage and 35 minute before the flight take off. Definitely no one can revert what we wnet through but at list indigo can return our money.
