I had booking of 8th feb 2:10 am from pune to delhi, but my flight got cancelled (Pnr - ef3znj) due to which i missed my next flight delhi to dehradun (P5t4vy). I talked to customer care and they just refunded 2100 rs of pune to delhi but as flight got cancelled from your end why would i bear that loss of next flight. Indigo does'nt care about their passengers. I would never recommend it to anyone as their staff is so casual and they don't have anything to say then sorry.
I am frequent flyer and thought it would be a good choice but this wasn't expected from indigo.
I would be expecting to get compensation amount as its their fault but they hardly bother about it. Was this information helpful? |
