[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — wrong luggage weight | |
Hey i was travelling from bagdogra to ahmedabad on 24th july. There was only 5 minutes left for checkin so i was in a haste.. I went to the fast forward counter. The lady there said u weigh ur bag first then go for scanning. The display machine of weighing was on her side so it, was not visible to a person on the other side. She said ur luggage exceeded by 2 mgs so u need to pay an extra amount of 800. I told her i will take out some luggage. I literally didn't take out anything and got back to her and checked the weighing display myself.. It was 15 kgs. I didn't have time so i avoided to get into an argument with her. This meant the airport staff on the indigo counter tried to befool me and deceive me and wanted to take undue advantage due as i was in a haste. Such an unprofessional and derogatory conduct was not expected from a staff of such a reputed airline. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |
