Indigo Airlines — WRONG TRANSACTION PAYMENT REFUND DATED 07/05/2015

Sir/Mam, The transactions were happened during flight booking on 07may2015 and my bank account was debited with following details: 07-May-2015 TO TRANSFER INB Indigo Airlines INDIGO_AIR Payments Ref (1): DSBI[protected]IG00ZKROV4 TRANSFER TO[protected] INR 18, 938.00 07-May-2015 TO TRANSFER INB Indigo Airlines INDIGO_AIR Payments Ref (2): DSBI[protected]IG00ZKNXF9 TRANSFER TO[protected] INR 6, 326.00 There after i have booked my same tickets with another transaction with PNR- KYQBVD. and PNR R7Q73Z and done payment successfully on 08 May 2015. Till date my above mentioned transaction payment is not refunded to me, i have talked many times at your customer care there is no positive response i have got from your side in spite of several emails also, kindly look into the matter and refund the amount to my same SBI Account no [protected] at earliest.
