I have completed my degree in bdp from dr. Sashi bhushaninstitute of education hailakandi| assam. Recently i got my provisional certificate from ignou in which my name is misspelled as jagatlal kurmi my actual name is jogot lal kurmi as in my 10th higher secondary certificate current i hope you will do the needfull to make the spelling correct in my original certificate and inform me what to do to change my provisional certificate, i hope u will take this matter as most urgent and mail me with sufficient information on my email id - [protected]@gmail.com.

I have enrolled for mapc program and my enrolment number is[protected]. I am trying to get in touch with the coordinator at the study centre in cmr college but he is always unavailable. When i went to the centre i was told he had left even though i was given a time to meet. The regional centre people do not receive the phone when i try to call. It is frustrating because there is no way to coontact anyone. I have already made three wasted visits to the study centre and the regional office. Traffic and distances in bangalore do not allow me to keep making useless visits to both centres. Terrible condition of ignou in bangalore.

I had paid my m.com january session admission fee 2018 through my internet banking on 23/1/2018, but i did not received confirmation receipt whether from the bank or from the ignou university, while my money was absolutely deducted from my bank account amounting to rs.6811 from indian overseas bank. Please solved my proplem whether the amount should be refunded or the confirmation/authorised letter should be sent or else we will not trust in future.

As june 2017 gave exam and till now marksheet not received by ignou university.. One of the worst service ignou provoding. Re-evaluation result of mc-07 is pending and ahmedabad regional centre is telling pending from delhi head office. As january is most probably completed of 2018.. When we can expect for the final result of m.com. Kindly help me.

My name is abhilekh hazarika. 4 times rs 604.23 has been deducted on 31/10/2017 instead of once from my sbi debit card. While filling up the form of ignou, thrice it showed registration failed. But afterwards when i checked i found instead of once rs 604.23 for control no.[protected],
It deducted total rs 2416.92 (604.23*4) amount from sbi account.
I'd request you to refund back the extra amount please.

I am a student of ba and have successfully completed six courses namely :- bhsf 1, feg i, feg 2, ehi 1, ehi 2, ehi 3.
Due to some family calamities i was not in a position to complete another seven courses, which i want to complete now and for this i have already make re-registration and also got new registration number:
I have already submitted online money so as to appear in the examination and it was found that the examination will start on and from june 2108. Today is january 16, 2018. Till now i have not received any books 31 march is the last date of submitting assignments!! Now tell me how a student can study before exam without having any books / study materials. Even i do not know whether the old book can be purchase any were in in kolkata.

Dear sir/madam my name is irfan yousuf. I completed my pg in public administration under enrolment no.[protected] in the year 2015 i checked my results in ignou site where it shows results as passed and completed in every aspect but i haven't received my marks sheet or certificate and when i complained about this they said they haven't received it. Please do the needful in this regard. This is a direct effect on my career.

I have completed my b.com from ignou but till date i have not received my final marksheet or certificate i have contacted regional center in delhi but they are telling me that they are not responsible for giving marksheet delhi regional center is. I am a final year student from ignou university delhi my name is sarvat naz nd my enrolment no is[protected] course code is anc01 programme code is bdp sir i have already passed these subjected course anc01 last 2years but whenever i have checked my result on ignou website result always showing not completed my pass marking no is 35 this is passed marking then why my result is not clear declared on website infact my certificate also not received till to date my study centre is belong to okhla nd study centre staff is saying your assignment marks not added in your marks i asking you i submitted all assignment then why assignment marks not added my final marks this is not my mistake then why i am suffering this pblm my whole carrier depends on this certificate but ignou staff not understand pls do help i humbly request to you pls do something nd give me my pass certificate as soon in face

Dear sir,
I beg to say that i am a new student of indra gandhi national open university. I took addmission in 15th june, in pgdpped having enrolment no[protected]. The person available there at ahmedabad regional centre told me that i will recieved my study material in november 2017 but till dated i did't received study material rest of my friend already got the material. When ever i go there and ask them about my books they make another excuses and if i ask for higher authorities number they doesn't give, also i had send nos of request mail but they even dont bother to reply my mail. I have paid 8500/- rs. While taking admission. I can't understand that what will happen i ' ll got books or lost my money.
Please help me.

I have applied for bts course online with ignou for 2018 jan batch and have made the payment of rs. 3232. However i have not received the payment confirmation yet. I tried calling all possible contact numbers and it is of no use.

I don't know what to do. The amount is deducted from my credit card. Ignou official site showed last date for admission as dec 31st now it is changed to jan 31st.

Can someone from ignou please look into this?

Dear sir/madam,

I cleared my ma degree in philosophy (Mapy) under enrollment no.[protected] in the month of november 2017, after submission of revaluation application form for one of the subjects (Mpy-002). Till date i have not received my marks certificate.
I belong to jammu and kashmir state and recently, the recruiting board (Jkssb) here came forward with an advertisement notice for teacher posts. The last date for submission of application forms is 21st january 2018. The ma qualification share weitage of marks in the said posts.
Keeping in view the above facts, i am in dire need of this certificate for applying the said post. Kindly send the marks certificate asap so that i can not suffer later.
