my name is meenu kumari my enrollment no is[protected].I am student of ignou university. my bca stating is june 2010 and ending time is june 2013 but my last bca 6th semester exam is held in june 2013 and my exam is very-very well.But my result bca 6th sem TEE june result is published in 8 august 2013 and in this result my all subject marks is successful but only cs-75 marks is not successful .Means i am fail in bca degree .I am so weeping because i am not certified from this result. It took complete 11 days for your mismanagement to wake up.  .I.G.N.O.U. 2nd mistake:- Instead of admitting their mistake and sending books material on urgent basis via courier they asked me to come and collect the same. It was me who visited I.G.N.O.U office at Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110002, personally to collect these books just worrying about my sister's studies getting delayed just because of I.G.N.O.U.’s laziest staff who do not have track record, whether they have delivered the study material to a particular student, on time or not and that seems to be a big and difficult task for I.G.N.O.U.’s mismanagement. If you cannot handle admission of number of students then why do you admit them to your university so as not to spoil his/her career with your poorest services. For your kind information, each and every student is paying monetarily on due date to I.G.N.O.U. and if in case he/she is late to pay, they will be penalized for that since he/she is a student not a faculty! Accepting the rules and regulations of a University, In return a student expects a quality service from your management. I do have the Acknowledgement card details of GURJEET KAUR Demand draft / payment in favor of I.G.N.O.U. was paid 4 months in advance i.e. on 3rd February 2012 for July Session(as stamped on your Acknowledgement Card) Amount: I.N.R 3700/-(complete amount required for this Year before the due date)  I.G.N.O.U.’S 3rd big mistake:- Can a student enter an examination hall without an enrollment card? She was not even sent her enrollment number! It was me, who was harassed for rendering duties personally to your University to collect the enrollment number. As per the acknowledgement card with me, it’s written Date of Issue i.e. 19th November 2012 and for your information, it is same date when I went specially to your office to collect the study material. As per the written records with me it’s approximately 6 months as a total for her to prepare her exams as well as to prepare her assignments. As per my sister GURJEET KAUR, she said it took more than 2 months for her to prepare the assignment so as to submit the same on the due date which was 9th March 2013 and on the other hand she had to prepare for her exams for (M.P.S 001, M.P.S 002, M.P.S 003, M.P.S 004) in a very short duration of approximately 4 months. Just imagine realistically, is it possible for a normal student to manage all these nuisances at a time done by I.G.N.O.U and tolerate by her as a student or should I say a victim of I.G.N.O.U.? At the end of November she is getting the books. For your information, her first exam date was 1st June 2013 for M.P.S 001. You may count the number of days given to her. We paid I.N.R 3700/- on 3rd February 2012 i.e. 16 months prior to the due date of exam. A dedicated University starts supplying study material exactly 12 months prior to exam date at their responsibility. On the other hand I am getting advice that 7 months are enough for the study and she (GURJEET KAUR) is privileged one that she has got books within 6 months, that clearly shows, how responsible your management is! For me every single day matters and in her case, it’s a gap of 6 months. Who will cover this???  For you 180 days gap doesn’t matter at all, from a student point of view every single day to study matters a lot which she lost by your mismanagement mistakes! We should suggest international government organizations to change their study patterns worldwide to shorten the exam preparation time to 7 months only, instead of 12 months to save 5 months since I.G.N.O.U. is not capable and ready to deliver books 12 months prior to exam date. After getting payment I.G.N.O.U is not bothered at all about delivering the services in return failing which, will only affect a student’s career. I ask I.G.N.O.U.’s government mismanagement, are they not getting their big salaries on time while sitting on their relaxing chairs? Why I.G.N.O.U. wants to remain least bothered about their services? Instead of accepting their own valid fault and compensating a student, why they are blaming unnecessarily on the victim at her time of stress and depression? From my side I have crystalized the complete matter from a student’s point of view, why GURJEET KAUR cannot prepare for 4 exams in 4 months’ time!!! Counseling is suggested for your laziest mismanagement so they may understand their responsibility if they are getting their salaries on time or should be fired from their job on urgent basis without prior notice failing their responsibilities or speaking over the mobile phone while sitting on the duty counter. It’s purely a case of harassment against I.G.N.O.U’s mismanagement. It clearly denotes fault of I.G.N.O.U. without any further explanation. Kindly advise what you can do in this matter, considering it as a special case! Else I have to register complaint on every single forum available online on this matter, proceed legally in high court and in rare to the rarest case if required, I will use media contacts to expose the working of I.G.N.O.U. before the common public. Dear Mr. Charanjeet Having received your umpteen mails earlier and now a recent one with the subject line mentioned above, I have again studied the case of your sister. She was handed over all books of MPS courses in November 2012 and she had appeared in the examinations in June 2013. Basically she had .7 months to study for four courses that she had opted. While she has scored 57, 60 and 60 in assignment of MPS 1, 2 and 4 ( i could not check why her assignment for MPS 03 is not updated) she has scored 41, 20, 60 and 42 respectively. It is apparent that she has scored more than 40 % (Pass) in all other courses except MPS 2. I fail to see how you call it a human error? I am not able to decipher, if you are trying to put the blame on the examination system or trying to put the blame of late receiving of SLM on her poor performance. In either case, your concern appears more out of your concern for your sister rather than any other reason. You must appreciate that she cleared 3 papers out of 4 although just barely 2 papers. It can not be that she did not get enough time to study since she had 7 months and while all other students could get their books in May 2013, she was among a few privileged ones who got it six months before her peers perhaps due to your raising the issue of mismanagement strongly in your previous 5-6 emails. I fail to understand that rather than looking within and helping her to cope up with this system of self-learning and peer learning, you being her elder are trying to give her false hope of mismanagement as an excuse! Although it must be easy for you to castigate the university for all ills, I would like to inform you to ask her to re-register when she is up to continuing with the course and take up the examination again for MPS 02 and once she has re-registered she should attend the counselling and interact with the tutors to alleviate any problems she may be facing in learning. I have faced lot of issues dealing with IGNOU. 1) Didn't get my study material on time(as it was out of stock) n i was asked by the regional center to download it from the web. 2) Every year there were issues regarding updation of marks on the website. After several fights at the regional center I was asked to collect the marks from the study center in a sealed envelope and were then updated after a month. This has happened twice. 3) After successfully completing my course the regional center has no clue when the marksheet/ provisional certificate will be received. Have asked me to inquire if have good contacts in Delhi. Without marksheet/provisional certificate i'm not able to take admission in mba n my entire year is wasted. I requested the regional center to sign the online copy of the marksheet as the last date for admission is 30th Sept but refused. I'm clueless whats happening at IGNOU. Are there others facing same problem like me. Iam a student of ignou ( regional centre kolkata, study centre B.B college asansol). My enrol no. is[protected] prog. code BDP/B.SC. I have completed all my theory papers but due to non reflection of my assignment and practical no. i.e of CHE 10 and PHE 8L i find myself incapable of being a graduate.I have been informed by my regional centre that my marks have been sent to Delhi. August sir i request you to update my marks as soon as possible as i have to get admitted in M.sc otherwise i will lose my important one year. Hope you will understand the hardship faced by me and will kindly process my request.

I (Amarnath Ghosh) a CA Inter student. I took admission in IGNOU in 2008 for B.Com. For appearing in CA final, I need the B.Com. results. I went to IGNOU board for the results but found that in my 1st year-1st sem exam one subject is completely missing. They are saying that I didn't appeared for the exam. I went to my college and checked out the attendance sheet and found my signature on it for that very exam. Still they are not ready to listen to anything and are saying that I need to appear for the exam. Please take some necessary actions as this is going to ruin my future. None of them are ready to listen or have a tendency to help. Previously they lost the submitted assignment papers and I had to re-submit again. Sir/ Madam My Name is Vipin Nirmal. I am student of IGNOU in MCA and Enrollment No. is[protected]...i am facing the problem last 1 yr for IGNOU Exam Check. My all subject are cleared but only one subject is not clear that is MCSE-003, i attempt this exam 3 time and i done well for above passing marks..but IGNOU Exam checking is Hell...Ist time they giving me 25 out of 100 then next time i prepared my study so high then i again i attempt my exam so much well then they giving me 29 out of 100 then i submit form of revaluation with 500 rs DD but they not giving my positive result then again i attempt my exam in june 2013 then they giving me 2 out 100.....i am totally frustrated with IGNOU Exam checking iam always attempt my exam well for above passing marks but i dont know how they check peper.....sir please help me for better checking for my peper....thats way i fail again and again......i lost my many job for this degree just only for one exam...i dont have money for waisting in Rechecking form again and again....i attached my result file from last 1 yr.

IGNOU is a great university. I am a student of IGNOU 6th sem MCA. I was given a back in my 4th semester MCA networking exam even though I attempted 87 percent of the paper correctly. I applied for revaluation but there I was given 3 marks less than my previous result. My mistake was not to apply for the photocopy of the answersheet. I didnt apply for this paper in my 5th sem exams because I had complete faith in the revaluation system. One of my classmates has got a back again in the 2nd attempt also after attempting 100 percent of the paper correctly. This university does not check papers properly. So applying for revaluatiob is a necessity. Now they have stopped checking papers in revaluation also becoz this time the reval. RESULT WAS DECLARED IN JUST ONE MONTH WHEREAS EARLIER IT WAS DECLARED AFTER TWO MONTHS AFTER APPLICATION. EVERY SEM I GET LOWER MARKS THAN MY PERFORMANCE AND NOW I HAVE TO REPEAT SOMETHING FOR WHICH I STUDIED SO HARD. WITH IGNOU ALL THE HARDWORK OF STUDENTS GOES TO WASTE EVERY YEAR. I FEEL SO STRESSED OUT BECAUSE OF EXAM. IGNOU HAS TAKEN ALL THE HAPPINESS FROM MY LIFE EVER SINCE I ENROLLED IN MCA FROM THUS UNIVERSITY. Hey this is lovik i m student of ignou of bca batch. nd i m from faridabad .In my frist semester my exam center was in Faridabad this is lovik choudhary
..nd timing of exam began 2.30.bt this time ignou authority did not send exam ticket hall at home add. nd put the center in a pvt .street school in between the delhi .
nd the hall ticket which we download from net where was no timing on that ..ticket hall there was only written ...the timing of exam began is afternoon.

bt we find the center.nd reached at 2.30. bt the school gard did not allow us to enter ..ND i call to principal she did not pik the call ..when she picked the call sd now u r not allow to enter ..we were 4 students..all exam time we were standing out of school..that time we were harassing a lot ..They did not allow to give us exam...
there was a ignou authority ..he also ignore us..

it was my frist paper at 4/6/013 in this school .. at least they should give warning to us.. bt now we all students want justice...

My name is vinoth kumar, I have completed MCA PG degree in IGNOU on last dec 2012. Till now i didn't received my Marksheet/Grade card, completion certificate, etc.

Whenever I call IGNOU delhi office, they are providing four telephone numbers which always gives the busy tone defaultly and my call get end automatically.the numbers are [protected] / [protected], etc

IGNOU is a big university but NO one speaks English properly and if we speak in english they unable to understand and providing some info and disconnect our call.

I dont know whom I call to get my certificates..! If any one know the procedure please let me know.

This is with the extreme of my frustration on IGNOU's ill management and administration. I am enrolled in two different courses (enrollment nos.[protected] &[protected], for which I had given the application for revaluation of answer scripts (of the courses of MHD-15 and PGDT-03 respectively), which were received by IGNOU on[protected] days ago). However, the results are still not out.

In this regards, I wrote at least to 10 channels of IGNOU, but in vain. As an exception to this I got a response from [protected]@ignou.ac.in, where I have got a moral preaching of keeping patience (to await until their comfort). Furthermore, my several reminder mails couldn't have attracted none of their further attention or response.

At the same time I am also trying to get the update on call, I have continuously been calling on these numbers[protected], 1504, 1506, 1508, 1509, 1510, 29572211 and 2212, where they are merely referring to one-another in this list. One fellow of number[protected], in the same process, got so irritated on me that he told in Hindi language with extreme of his fury, 'YAAR TUMHEN AUR KOI KAAM NAHI HAI KYA? MERE PAAS NAHI HAI KOI INFORMATION. RAKHO PHONE' and hung up.

As a conclusion, there exists nothing like 'procedure' and 'professionalism' in the place called 'IGNOU'. i.e. I am still in a situation of confusion about what happened to my result. As per IGNOU's own guideline it should take 30 days to declare the result, but it’s already more than 46 days. Can anyone throw me any ray of hope? IGNOU! is anyone of your officials listening to my voice or seeing to what is happening?

I am Rajesh Kumar Kanojia and I took admission with IGNOU, New Delhi.My Previous Roll No. is[protected]. My Subject was FHS-01, FST-1,FEG-1, FHD-1, EEG-2- all four was successful Cleared as per market I got. and rest of subjects i.e. AHE-01- In term end TEM - 32 Marks,
EEE-3- Term End TEM- 44 Marks, EPA-3, In term end TEM-38 Marks, EPA-05, in term end TEM-35 Marks, EPA-06, in term end TEM- 50 Marks. ALL FIVE SUBJECT i.e. is NC means Not Successful. I approached IGNOU to resubmit my assignment which is not NC but they said your completion of year has been over. They told me, I have to take re-admission even I told them OK I can take re-admission but re-submit my NC subject and rest credit to clear BA I can fill the again form for BA, they denied. still I am without BA and again doing with filled the form for BA admission If they allow me to re- submit the NC Assignment and Clear all NC subject Hopefully I would clear this Year. I am very upset because My wife and in office and surrounding area they curse me that I am still BA from IGNOU. Sometime I Think I have to be died. I am unsuccessful this is reason in my office promotion is pending. they told me to get out of the job. I have two kids and My daughter’s had done heart operation I am living on rent and with my parent so less amount of salary and medicine of my daughter is very harmful to serve properly I could BA definitely I can get good job.
