Sir,
My name is Ganti Udaya Sri. My enrollment number is[protected].My batch mates and I got registered to MBA course in IGNOU by convergence scheme in Government College(A), Rajahmundry, a partner institution of IGNOU with code GVC-5305
in July 2009.We have registered for the courses MS-5 i.e., Management of Machines and Materials, MS-6 i.e., Marketing for Managers, MS-7 i.e., Information Systems for Managers and MS-8 i.e., Quantitative Analysis for Managerial Applications.
But to our fate the fee paid by us in July 2009 was considered as re-registration fees for the courses MS-1i.e., Management Functions and Behaviour, MS-2 i.e., Management of Human Resources, MS-3 i.e., Social and Economic Environment and MS-4 i.e., Finance and Accounts for Managers.
Due to this mistake, our results for the courses MS-5, MS-6, MS-7 and MS-8 for which we have given appearance by writing the term end exam in December 2009 were cancelled.
So I request you to kindly pursue the case and solve the problem by updating the registrations correctly and by declaring the results and assignment marks of MS-5, MS-6, MS-7 and MS-8 as early as possible.
