I had paid my examination fee on oct 5th, 2017 through online payment portal but i didn't get hall ticket yet. I went several time to my study center (Ignou study center iiib school, bokaro steel city, jharkhand - 827003) and regional center (Ignou 457/a, ashok nagar, ranchi - 834022, jharkhand) and send mails for this queries but they didn't solve my problem. All the phone numbers and mails id and student grievance section, which was given by ignou are totally fake they don't give any response. I'm asking one thing only. Who is responsible for it? Dear sir I am submitting fee 30th convocation rs600 online but my Final not come regional center Noida Geeta Bisht says degree sent but degree not received I ask detail of sent degree speed post detail but not given Geeta says I am busy so not given today
