Indira Gandhi National Open University — not received ignou provisional certificate

Respected sir/mam,

I have completed my degree in hospitality and hotel administration (Bsc. Hospitality and hotel administration) from institude of hotel management, bhubaneswar, odisa which is certified by ignou and nchmct. I haven't got my provisional certificate till now, it was posted on my old address k/24 unit 1, santragachi, north railway colony, jagacha, howrah. Currently i am shifted to a new address which is b/39 unit 2 south railway colony, santragachi, jagacha howrah. I would be greatfull if my ignou provisional certificate could me send to my new address.
