I had done recharge from inditab.com on my phone number and money was deducted but from more than 24 hours they are showing recharge pending and recharge still didn't happened till now and i had done payment with debit 💳

I still tried to contact inditab but they are always busy and not responding to it.

    I have tried to make a recharge of my jio mobile connection for rs.499/- on 18/11/2019. Amount has been debited from my bank sbi. It has written that your payment is successful but recharge failed. If money has been deducted from your account, your recharge/refund will processed within 48 hrs.

    Please send your money
    I recharged 199rs airtel pack in inditab.com.The amount deducted and recharge done and showed refund in 48hrs not yet get the refund.

      I have done mobile recharge for amount rs 1699 for a year bsnl plan. But it was not successful and not received refund even after 2 weeks. My transaction reference number is [protected]igahlgzvk7. Tried reaching them over email multiple times with no proper response or refund. Please let us know the next steps or legal procedure to get the refund at the earliest.

        I think this is a fake online portal. I had done recharge from inditab.com on my phone number and money was debited from my account but my phone is not recharged. Till the time amount is not refunded by inditab. I have emailed along with the screen shots of payment. No one has responded to the email till now. Please refund my recharge amount at the earliest.

        Fake company. I just tried to Recharge my phone but it wasn't successful. Later my money gets converted into some ### called indipoints. I tried to widraw that amount back into my bank but the only pop up I get is 'Some Technical error occured. Please try after some time ! I'm so ### right now. We need to ban this ### web/application. You can't even ### send them a mail or get in touch with their support team'not like they have any. Arggghh! I want my money back, lol -_-

          I am jasmine dakhani. Yesterday i recharged for prepaid amount of rs.399 and i received message as payment successful and amount got deducted from my account but recharge has still not processed till now l have sent mail to [protected]@inditab.com but no reply from them. Also, they dont have customer care support on call for recaharge and bills but they do have customersupport for other services and they dont reply to the mail. Idk they play a prank of recharge points these and that... If you cant provide better service to customers... You better indicate it as site is down.. Bad experience... Its really a pathetic service.

            Respected sir, I 've recharged my mobile no. [protected] with Rs.36 /_ on 13/11/2019 & again withRs.36/_on 19/11/2019...Rechage failed but amount not refunded... Please solve the problem at the earliest.. Thanks ...Madhuri Kamat.

              I have payment my vodafone prepaid recharge but unfortunately recharge faild but my amount 199 are dedicated from my account and amount will be not reimburse in last 48 hours

                      This is regarding the dish tv account VC no [protected]. I have made the payment of RS 1500 on 10th Nov 2019. After the payment was through it showed the recharge has failed.
                      All my efforts of asking inditab about my refund have been ignored.
                      I CNT understand how a company can be so careless and easy about eating up people's money. They dnt have even a customer care number to ask for refund .
