IndiTab.com — not recharged and even not refund the money

I have done a recharge from inditab.com and detected money now it's more than 24 hr and i didn't get the recharge and not even refund the money i want my money back as i didn't get the recharge it was don't on 9th of november of 2020 at morning aorox 6:25. It was payment of 399 rs i want my money back i'm a student and this matter to me refund it other wise i'll complain against it.

I have recharged my mobile BSNL prepaid 2 times ...the recharge was failed but money was deducted from my account...please refund my account ... They said wait 24 hours ...after 24 hours I have not received my refund till now please resolve my problem...
