IndiTab — mobile recharge done money deducted but recharge didn't happened

I had done recharge from inditab.com on my phone number and money was deducted but from more than 24 hours they are showing recharge pending and recharge still didn't happened till now and I had done payment with PayPal wallet

Please refund my recharge amount as soon as possible. I guess it's a fraud company coz m not the only victim. If I don't receive refund within 48 hrs m gonna report the company. M just a poor person

This is regarding the dish TV account VC no [protected]. I have made the payment of Rs.1500 on 10th Nov 2019. The money is transferred while as it showed recharge is failed.
The worst part is I am not able to find a customer care number so I can ask for refund.
I have emailed along with the screen shots of payment. No one has responded to the email till now.

I am attaching the screenshots for your reference

Good morning Yesterday i wil recharge my airtel prepaid number [protected] Rs 65/- on my debit card at 10.30 am amount was credited but not recharge my mobile number. what is the reason? please recharge immediately if not possible please arrange to reverse my payment.

I had attempted to recharge Idea mobile no.[protected] for an amount of Rs.199/- on 01/12/2019 through inditab portal. Though my account has been debited for the above amount and the same has been received by you, as per the the Transaction status ( copied below), the recharge has not been done.The position has been confirmed with Idea also. A mail in the matter has also been sent on mail id: [protected]@inditab.com on the same day No response so far.
It is, therefore, requested that the amount of Rs.199/-may be refunded by transferring the same to the bank a/c from where the amount was deducted.
